Sometimes the fastest and easiest way to get your computer problem fixed is by allowing us to remotely control your computer over a secure Internet connection.

  1. Call us with your issue at 801-815-4355.
  2. TEK will determine if the issue can be fixed remotely and take your credit card information. By accepting remote computer support you are agreeing to our terms of service and agree to pay $79 per hour, charged in 15 minute increments.

    2. Select "Run."
    3. At the security prompt, confirm you wish to run this program.
    4. Double click the appropriate connection for the TEK you are talking to.

    3. Double click the tek.exe file on your desktop.
    4. Confirm any security prompts you see.
    5. Double click the appropriate connection for the technician you are talking to.
